| 19.1 |
`Full time freelancers’ are those who have worked as a freelance journalist for at least one year consecutively or who can provide confirmation from a media outlet or other institution that he or she is receiving an income from journalism, or that he or she is freelancing in an interim period having left a permanent position in a news organization. |
