Rule 14   Trade Disputes


(1) . In the event of any trade dispute arising, the members concerned shall make the same known to the Honorary Secretary of the union, who shall immediately report the same to the Executive Committee but in no case shall a cessation of work be threatened or take place without the sanction of the Executive Committee.
   
(2) . Should any branch or body or members of the union desire steps to be taken for an increase of wages or improved conditions of employment, the Honorary Secretary of the union shall report the claim to the Executive Committee, which shall determine what action shall be taken.
