不滿《成報》欠薪案覆核裁決

　　東區裁判法院法官杜浩成今天就《成報》欠薪案進行覆核聆訊。法官考慮到《成報》欠薪案是由於特殊情況引致及首次犯案，所以法庭維持原先成報11項欠薪罪名成立，罰款4200元的裁決。

　　香港記者協會對裁決表示失望，並要求律政司認真考慮提出上訴。本會再次促請《成報》履行僱主責任，準時支付在職僱員薪酬、交通津貼、稿費及強積金供款等 ; 且及早清付拖欠前僱員的薪酬福利及代通知金。
