致鍾國華先生生前好友、傳媒界同仁：

　　《都市日報》執行總編輯鍾國華先生於9月7日在北京採訪殘奧會期間，因心臟病突發，搶救無效去世，哲人其萎，同感惋惜。

　　為緬懷鍾國華先生，《都市日報》同仁謹定於2008年9月26日(周五)在九龍紅磡世界殯儀館恆基堂舉行追悼會，向鍾國華先生奉獻最大的哀思。當日上午11時30分至下午3時接受各界致敬和花圈，下午2時15分追悼儀式正式開始。
