Benefits

The Hong Kong Journalists Association is launching a new freelance directory on our website for members to publicize their journalistic services.

The directory has two main functions; firstly, to help journalist members advertise their skills and seek work and secondly, to provide a platform for companies and agencies to find professional writers, editors, photographers and designers in Hong Kong.

The HKJA hopes that the freelance directory will become a valuable tool for members, particularly at a time when the media industry is suffering severely from the global economic crisis. In order to make this freelance directory successful, the HKJA encourages its members to register and create their profile.

To create your profile, members must sign in with their HKJA Membership number. Each member’s password had been sent to your email address. The password can be changed after logging in. A user manual for the freelance directory is available to download from the HKJA website. (http://www.hkja.org.hk/site/Host/hkja/UserFiles/File/manual/User%20Manual.doc)

Please visit the HKJA Freelance Directory website (http://www.hkja.org.hk/site/portal/Site.aspx?id=L1-238&lang=en-US) for more details. For enquiry, please feel free to contact our staff at dcheng@hkja.org.hk or 2591-0081.
