"Greenhorn Financial Workshop"

The Hong Kong Journalists Association will organize the Greenhorn Financial Workshop to increase the profession’s general understanding of the financial markets, especially regarding the so-called “new order” after the Financial Crisis and the challenges arising from the integration of the Chinese and Hong Kong economy.

With the support of various regulatory and professional bodies(Hong Kong Exchanges, Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Securities and Futures Commission, Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Invesco Hong Kong Limited and Chinese Securities Association of Hong Kong), the Greenhorn Financial Workshops will cover not just basic financial knowledge but various other important hot issues, such as the internationalization of Renminbi and the shape of things to come after the financial crisis. Experienced instructors are nominated by these regulatory and professional organizations.

Participants who attend all sessions will be given a certificate of recognition by the Association.
