關注蘋果日報可能取消五天工作安排(Chinese Only)

記協關注《蘋果日報》管理層於近日宣佈，可能取消五天工作制度，回復每周五點五天工作的安排。記協希望，蘋果日報能繼續推動五天工作制，此舉既可照顧員工的勞工福利，長遠亦有利維持員工士氣，提升新聞質素。

人才是傳媒的重要資產，若五天工作安排取消，將嚴重打擊新聞工作者士氣、令機構無法挽留人才，讀者的知情權也會受到損害。

記協呼籲管理層繼續推行五天工作，並和員工對話和溝通，釋除員工的疑慮，有任何改動前與前線溝通商討，而非單方面採取行動。

記協將會密切留意事件，並與《蘋果日報》的同行保持緊密聯繫。
