Martin Lee Talks about Common Legal Traps during News Reporting
Reporters often face legal questions when they are gathering news, especially when they report on court cases and the actions of Law Enforcement Bodies, such as police and the ICAC. What information are they allowed to report and to what extent? What information can they not report?
