The Standard Charter Hong Kong Marathon is coming soon! Are you ready to run? The HKJA invites Dr. Lobo Hung-tak, a sport scientist from Hong Kong Baptist University, Mr. Leung Yiu-chung, a Legislator who is also a veteran runner and Mr. Chong Hiu-yeung, the general secretary of the HKJA who has finished 15 marathons in 10 different countries to give you some last minute tips and share their running experience.
